The windows fit perfectly and I definitely feel a difference in room temperature in my home. Rooms that were previously warmer are now much cooler and I no longer feel air blowing inside. We love how the windows look on our home. I think it was a total of 24 windows replaced in 1 & 1/2 days.
The crew did a good job with removal and installation. Cleanup was ok too.
Definitely recommend this company and crew as they were affordable compared to other companies we got quotes from. The crew did an awesome job with everything.

Window Worlds of Eastern Carolina. Thumbs up!!! The crew they sent out awesome. On time and shall I say…Ahead of their time. They was so organized and professional. The crew came around 10:00 am and finished installing windows at 1:00 pm. Two crew members outside. One crew member to cut the window trim for the windows. One crew member outside to cut out the old windows and install the new window One crew member inside to help install the windows. He cleaned inside vacuum any mess that was made on the inside. The outside crew made sure all trash was removed from the grounds. Everything was done neat and no hazardous material laying around while working. Worked safe and efficient!! They installed 13 windows. They were amazing and the price for the windows was affordable. We shop a lot of window places before making a decision with this company.

We needed to replace the 2 windows in our garage. I am so glad we selected Window World in Winterville NC to help us with this home project. Window World provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Window World because:
1. I contacted Window World online to get a quote. I was contacted the same day.
2. Gary, the Window World representative scheduled an appointment to visit my home to measure for the windows. He even brought a replica of the window to demonstrate it. He was very knowledgeable and kind.
3. Received an accurate quote for the window replacement the same day of the visit.
4. Three days later I placed an order for the windows.
5. I was told it would take several weeks for the windows to be installed.
6. Window World called to set a date and time to install the new windows.
7. The windows were installed in my garage. They look beautiful. We are very pleased with how the windows look. The 2 gentleman(John and his son) that installed the windows did an excellent job. They hauled away the old windows and cleaned up everything before they left.

Overall, we had a good experience with Window World. From the start, the salesperson was very thorough and was able to give us a quote, on the spot. The price was quite fair. He also let us know that we'd have to wait a couple months for the windows to come in. They came in a little early, so that was great! I do have to wonder if his measurements were a tad off, as the crew doing the installation had to trim a little of the vinyl off of some of the windows to make them fit. Maybe this is not unusual, but I've never seen that done before. Eloy & his coworker (didn't catch his name) did a great job on the installation and had our 9 window replacements done in a day. Eloy was helpful with any questions I asked. He also did a great job with the caulking. Every detail matters and a bad caulk job will ruin the finished product. They cleaned up nicely after the job was finished. I would have given 5 stars had they taken a bit more time to clean the windows. I've had to use a straight blade in places where they must have touched the glass with caulk on their fingers. I would recommend this company.
