I found Wes after speaking with a few neighbors. I used him to split up a lot (recombination) that I wanted to sell a portion of. I heard that splitting up land can be a hassle. Not with Wes! He surveyed the lot and submitted the new plats to the County. The EXTREMELY fast approval from the County
is a testament to the high quality of his work. I recommend him and will using him again. Thanks Wes!

Wes Cole has been doing land surveying work for me since 2006. He is the only surveying company I would use. He and his crews are honest, hard working, do what they say they're going to do, when they say they're going to do it, for a far price. How about that in this day an age. Simply the best.

Hillary Cole totally transformed my residential landscape from a nightmare to a real dream. She removed all over grown plants and shrubs and provided detailed plans and a source guide with several options.
Hillary used many plants and shrubs hardy to my area that are dwarf in size to prevent removal in the future.
A true professional to work with; I can not wait to have her design the vacant lot I have across the street.
