Had a hitch installed on our 2023 Rav 4 before we moved out of state. We kept blowing a blinker fuse on our move. We took our vehicle in to Toyota dealer 3 times. Ended up costing us 370.00 to have the problem figured out. The hitch was completely wired incorrectly. It was wired into a cigarette lighter in the rear of the vehicle shorting out the blinkers. Had to have the wiring harness completely removed. Glens did send us a check for 185.00. But that only covered half of the cost. Plus we still need to take it somewhere to have it wired correctly so that we can even use the hitch. I contacted them after each time we took the vehicle in. Only heard from them the first time. After that never heard a word back. In the end will probably cost us an extra 400.00 to have a hitch we can use.

I called this place and spoke to DJ I explained how we have been to multiple trailer places on top of being told it would be weeks by others dealers. He said bring it in and they would work it in. So we showed up and can’t remember the gentleman’s name but he had longer curly hair. He found the problem within an hour. Come to find out our trailer magnet brake wires were completely fried. He changed 1 and told us we should be good. We got in and tried still no brakes he said ok leave it over night and I will have you on the road by tomorrow. Damn right he did. He busted out all remaining brakes and got us on the road. If you ever break down with trailer issues these are your guys you can trust to fix it right and fast. Thanks guys

Wanted some tie down loops welded to my aluminum trailer. Got quotes from a few shops and decided to go with Glenn’s. Their quote was less per hour and I felt they were better than the others. I can’t say the others would have been bad but, Glenn’s was 1/5 the price of the other quote and 1/3 the price I expected from their quote. So they did a great job in quick time.

We were traveling across the country and had to be at an event the next day. We lost bearings and had a fire on the trailer. They were able to get us in immediately and had the parts and knowable counter staff and mechanics and got us back on the road in a few short hours. Absolutely life saves!
