We had them put in an egress window. When we were still gathering quotes, there was one contractor (who we didn't end up going with) that came across as very arrogant, and berated us for having the audacity to have a fence around our backyard. He told us we'd have to take part of the fence down so they could get to the egress window site. Justin at American Concrete, however, said there would be no problem with the fence, and that they'd be able to get their equipment through the gate. (He also charged less than the arrogant competing contractor.) They were great to work with, and responsive with email and text correspondence. They did high quality work at a great price. They were nice to our kids, who loved watching them work in the backyard. And they did a phenomenal job cleaning up when they were done. I think the backyard looked better when they left than it did when they got there.
