Called one day. Told me a Terry would get back to me. No phone calls, no missed calls. Call back the next day. Told somebody I never received a call. Finally I get a call back from him. Simply asked him if he has time or if somebody would be able to come out and take a look and talk about the project.. he told me to move on. Tried to talk to me like I was an idiot.. like he was doing me a Favor or something lol.. If the salesman is anything like the people working I would never recommend this place.

I was referred to PCC by my realtor after getting some concerning advice from another larger company about my basement cracking. Terry came out himself and did an assessment. He gave me a more accurate depiction of what's going on without any sort of pressure to put down a deposit on work I don't even need. He was kind, knowledgeable, and listened to me. He did not take one look at me and see someone he could swindle. I will absolutely use PCC when my basement actually needs some work! Had two window wells and windows installed. Got a really good price and they did everything for both in one day. They were careful of my drain tile and did a very clean job. One window went into and already finished room and there was minimal dust and debris from the entire process. They have a lifetime transferable warranty and come back 1 year later when requested to add more dirt around the wells that has settled.

We hired Precision Concrete Cutters Inc to install drain tile around our house. We met with Terry to discuss the problem and come up with a solution. PC came when they said they would come, did everything they said they would do, charged what they said they would charge, and cleaned up so well we could hardly tell they had been here. The boss, Terry, checked in at the beginning, middle and end and was excellent to work with. My husband, David, was in construction for 50 years and said these men were efficient, hard workers and did a great job.

My experience with Terry was excellent. We were selling my mom's house after she died and we were trying to get things done from Arizona. The whole team was so nice, pleasant and easy to work with. After having issues with water seeping (and even running) into our basement almost every spring for 9 years, we were ready to give up on ever having a finished basement again. We called Precision Concrete Cutters, and Terry came out, gave us an estimate, and told us exactly what we needed to have the problem solved. We did our project in September 2014, and we have had a dry basement since! The guys were very professional, friendly with our kids and neighbors, protected our yard while they were working, and cleaned up at the end. Terry communicated with us throughout the project, so we knew what was going on. We also had two egress windows installed, which helped us out with the resale value of our home.
