Absolutely did a great job on my carpet. Scheduled one room, quoted me price per sq ft over the phone. I had probably 10 years of accidental pet mess in our family room and they hit it with all the right stuff. When i came home the pet smell is slight but it is a dramatic change to what this room used to be. Will definately continue with the rest of the house after this experience.

I have been a property manager for 3 years and I LOVE Service First and their entire crew. One of the owners Lee, is wonderful to deal with. He discusses all the things that will be needed to complete a job and gives you a FREE estimate on the cost. There were 2 incidences where I had a fairly large water problem and they were out there that morning first thing and his crew was on top of everything, got it prepped and ready for the blowers to dry out in an hour to an hour and a half. Very efficient, courteous, and very professional. Service First is my First call for anything, carpet or restoration. Thank you and I give you a *****+ rating.

We had a fire in our home on February 21, 2018, and secured the services of Service First for our restoration. Among many other repairs, walls and ceilings had to be torn out and rebuilt, hardwood floors refinished, plumbing and electrical were updated and a wood burning fireplace replaced with a gas insert. Moving back home five months later was a major undertaking, with hundreds of boxes with personal belongings needing to be unpacked. Monica and Wendy were an invaluable help in this process. Lee and his crew were amazing to work with. They kept us informed as the restoration progressed, and always treated us with kindness and respect. Service First will always be our "go to" if we are in need of restoration or cleaning services. They helped us in our time of need, and we are blessed to be back in and enjoying our restored and improved home. Our heartfelt thanks to Lee and his crew!

Lee was prompt and professional. He laid out the timelines for the work involved and kept us up-to-date with anything we needed to know throughout the process. After our initial meeting, we felt so comfortable with him, we were able to stay out of his way and let he and his team do their work. We couldn't have been happier with the quality of work, and as a bonus, he has a great relationship with our insurance company making that insurance process much smoother as well. We would highly recommend!

Service First came to clean my carpet for me (i have two big dogs and dirt happens) and they did an amazing job! I'm not talking a little steam cleaner, no, they have a professional grade equipment van that heats the water up to 200 degrees and it stays hot the entire time. If you want a true clean feeling, these are the guys to call! Not to mention their customer service was great! It's refreshing to have a genuine hard working and courteous company who goes above and beyond!
