I would definitely recommend for older houses. they fixed a problem that I had been dealing with for a long time. Cleaned up and gave me recommendations on things that would help down the road.

They started a two part job for us, and finished the 1st part. Once the 2nd part was ready to be done we couldn’t get a hold of them. Called for months, left messages at their office for call backs and never got a response. Ended up taking our work elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Braaten plumbing has great service. They come in a timely manner, and the techs are always courteous. Big thanks to Herman who recently came to repair our a/c. He is a great asset to the company; super courteous, professional, and got the job done fast!!

Braaten Plumbing has always answered our calls, and able to come out in a timely manner. Both times they were able to identify issue and have it resolved. Our last issue they were able to recommend what needed to be done so that we could get it fixed right away and still meet our house closing deadline. Very good service.

They were called out to re-check repair work their company had done on the house we just closed on. Raymond was rude, dismissive and very unprofessional. Tracked mud all through my house and told me the leak was "new" and wasn't covered under his previous work. The leak was there during the home inspection, repairs were requested and "done" by Braaten plumbing - yet day one in the house, the leak is still present. I do not recommend.

Really expensive, didn't finish the job. Was going to pour concrete on severely saturated ground just before ground freeze. Got mud all over my house and didn't clean it up! Not sure that the billing is accurate either. Not responsive to ph I'll be calls.
