Customer Service - Phenomenal and I have high standards.

Product - Excellent. They could easily charge twice as much (but they don’t!).

Details - Derrick contacted me after my first online inquiry. He was very prompt and even replied on the weekend (shocking!). I was having a hard time choosing from the color palettes online. I asked him to send me pictures of the samples and he texted me a ton of samples in outside lighting so I can check out the true colors. He even asked his co-workers to help me pick out the best color combination. I needed my products by a certain day. I ordered them last minute and they were able to push my order through so I could get it on time. Actually, it came 3 days early! 10 out of 5 stars all the way.

Great company that has just about every ADA sign you would need. Derrick and his crew are super helpful. They helped me through the whole process to get my custom sign designed and shipped. Strongly recommend these guys for any ada signage.

Beware doing business with this company. I had a different experience with this company. The owner, Derrick has some serious communication issues. We had done a sign with them in the past where there was an artwork issue, partially their fault, partially mine. We came to a resolution. It was agreed that we would not have to pay one last cost for the 3 signs that needed to be made. The product was good and my client was happy. I have sent quotes to them for other jobs. I recently sent over a quote for a large job and got the quote. I asked for the invoice to pay and was told we still owed the money. I just tried to remind Derrick and he accused me of trying to cheat him.. Believe me I would not cheat someone over 100.00 when the job is over 10, 000. Needless to say, I tried to discuss with him but to no avail. I requested that he send me the invoice in question, but forget the quote...Win the argument, lose the customer. Beware...
