Our Summer maintenance was today with a brilliant technician named Brian. It was clear he was extremely skilled from the beginning. He set the thermostat and headed downstairs as usual. He removed a box and I asked about it and he clearly explained how it works while continuing to work. I understood him clearly. I asked a couple of questions and he answered them without hesitation. He quickly finished changing out filters, checking the unit and headed back upstairs. He went outside and in a few short minutes he had the unit part and I asked him what he was doing. He explained he was cleaning it. He finished and came in. He would have been finished and I asked about converting to WiFi. He was kind and offered all the information and went to his truck to order the equipment. He returned happily saying he had the equipment and could install it. He took his time and helped me get the application working on my phone. We paid him and he left with everything working in tip top shape. His skill was exceptional and his professionalism and kindness make him my favorite technician. It’s difficult training technicians and he is the perfect trainer. His customer service skills and HVAC expertise make him a rock star.

I forgot to cancel my Getzschman appt as another company was able to fit us in sooner. Boy, am I glad! The other company told me what was wrong and made another appt but left us with no A/C, plus charged a service call fee & mileage. A technician from Getzschman stopped by and not only looked it over, but also got it running at no charge! So thankful and impressed by their service.

The gentleman who came by to do a free fine tuning of my new air conditioner and central was very polite, loved my pets, had nothing but kind and courtesies to say. He answered every question I had with 100% confidence. He was a blast to be around. Yes, they maybe pricey, in this case you get what your paying for and your paying for quality equipment with lots of experience and it's worth every penny. I highly recommend them.

From the very beginning working with Getzschman they have been help and answered all my questions. They were the only ones who didn't use their bid time talking down on their competition. They got everything installed and and running in one day with no problems. They cleaned my ducts and vents so well they looked brand new in a 50 year old house.
