Fiddelke workers came out to check my AC unit as I had requested them to look to ensure the system was balanced. I found out after 5pm when the AC attempted to cool the house that my AC was no longer working. I called on call at Fiddelke Saturday morning to report concern. It took 3+ hours to get a response and then was told that he doubted that they did anything to make the system not work and that he could not look at the system until maybe Sunday but probably Monday morning and I would have to pay emergency prices. I called another hvac company and they found that Fiddelke workers had left a wire disconnected so the outside unit was unable to function. I do not believe this was done intentionally but very frustrating that there was no willingness to check the system and it took so long to respond!

I have used Fiddelke for over 20 years at my personal property and my rental properties. Up until this last repair call, I have been very satisfied. However, this most recent call (which will also be my last call) was very disappointing. I understand a Saturday call is after hours, and I readily agreed to the expensive charge. However, when I received the bill and was charged $228 (on top of the service call) for a replacement and installation of a new thermostat, I was shocked. The tech should have called me to tell me what the problem was. I had in my possession a brand new, unopened thermostat, which I would have gladly brought to him. He was in and out in less than one hour. It wasn’t until I received the $403.75 bill that I discovered I had been grossly over charged. A courtesy call would have been appreciated. Never again Fiddelke, never again. Jack, you have a lot to learn about customer service.

I needed help with our thermostat and, of course, they were able to get everything running and teach me how it all works together! I have been VERY pleased with their service! Very professional!

The employee and apprentice were awesome! Enjoyed watching the training between the two of them. They did 6 HVAC checks. Hope I get them again next time!!!

My experience started out pretty good. The salesman showed up at my house. I ended up had to go out on service call my son stayed there 22 years old. He would not let my son take him around. He finally called me back today on Wednesday and said that he was not gonna make another trip back down here, not very good service from him

We had just purchased a new home, the previous owners had installed a thermostat that required a password and verification code. Crazy ! contacted this company and they sent out a technician immediately. Andrew was wonderful. Explain things to me and my wife, did a thorough job of checking our system, true professionals.

Our heater decided to stop working the day before an unexpected cold March week. I was able to get someone to our home the day we called and the service was excellent. From the phone call to set the appointment to the technician getting to work on our heater- it was nothing but pleasant and professional. Professional in every aspect of their services. From the initial phone call for a quote for new HVAC system, the representative coming to our home to gather information, the expediency of getting the material, the installation technicians and a follow up visit to check our system weeks later, this was the experience I was expecting and Fiddelke's delivered.
