Working with Brian L from Aksarben was great. He communicated well and was very respectful. I appreciated him letting me know I just needed to replace my alarm on my sump pump instead of suggesting I replace the entire system. Other companies tried to get me to replace the entire system. I really appreciated his honestly. He even went above and beyond to send me new alarm recommendations. Aksarben never disappoints.

Worst experience I've had with an HVAC company. I had an original tune-up done that identified some problems. Some research needed to be done on my system's warranty since it's around 5 years old. I followed up with them the following days trying to get an appointment set up, but for some weird reason, the customer service people don't know much and defer that to the techs. I had asked for the tech give me a call back for multiple days and they never did. My system finally broke and the day they're supposed to come out, I get a call saying they can't make it out. Which I said fine because they reassure me that they'll be there the next day, first thing in the morning. So now I'm home waiting for almost an hour past the time they said they'll be there; mind you, I'm missing work during this time, until I finally called and they tell me that they can't come out. The tech reassured that the time was available so I didn't understand why they would just cancel without telling me right away.

This would have all been an easier process if they called back during the multiple days I called trying to get someone on the phone to discuss everything that needed to be repaired.

Worst damn experience.

Doug was out to do whole house plumbing check. He was great. Very thorough, drained and flushed water heater, set up camera inspection for main sewer line. When I asked about getting on the schedule to have new main shut off changed, he just did it. It took 15 minutes, no mess. Really pleased with the process.

The service person Michael was extremely helpful and very honest with me on what needed to be done. Once meeting Chandler going over my options he was very understanding with my budget, listened to my needs and was extremely positive and friendly. I have had other companies that have come out that do not take the time to listen, they just want your money! Not Aksarben heating and cooling. They treat you like you are part of there family.

I was happy. The technician was nice and friendly. Very courteous and helpful. Ended up having to replace my water heater as it was 20 yrs old and leaking and rusting. The technician got me a good deal for what all was involved. Installed and hauled away the old one in no time flat. I was very impressed. I'd recommend them even if you want to shop around. Add them to your list of people to contact.
