Came out to the house for a bid but after several attempts to get ahold of them never could get them to give us or my son in law a bid.

So Frank the owner called my son in law because of my bad review asking why I would do that and that he really wanted to make it right with me and to have me call him. So I did, only to realize he only wanted to make excuses. Then at the end of our conversation he told me “If you want to be that guy” lol because I gave him a bad review. I can tell you read the reviews before you consider
Ol’ Franky’s drywall and look at the better business bureau.

The only reason we finally heard back from this company is because we left a true, but bad review. Don’t waste your time. Highly unprofessional with no solutions offered.

We had a terrible experience with our new home. Little communication, poor quality. Painter was at wit's end trying to fix everything to be able to do a good paint job and Franklin had to be called back. Franklin could not even be bothered to listen to concerns just assessed the job himself and talked about "industry standards" (I've been in the flooring business for 20 years and industry standards have nothing to do with cosmetics, they're about the job being done correctly and safety issues) when challenged the representative took an aggressive stand and felt threatening. FYI evidently there are tiers of quality they offer so be conscious of that when you get a bid. Outside of a garage or shed you don't want a lower tier. In building framers and driwallers are not an upgrade and set the stage for the entire build. You don't want to bargain shop those.

I had an excellent experience working with Franklin Drywall. I'm currently trying to renovate a house by myself but needed help matching the ceiling texture. Curtis and Adam were very professional and timely in their communications. They quoted me the lowest price and had me on the schedule a couple days later. The quality of work is excellent and everything was finished earlier than anticipated. They even touched up a wall for me as an added bonus. Can't say enough good things about this company. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We hired Franklin Drywall & Insulation to blow in insulation over our garage and fill several bare spots over our living space. They came out and provided us a quote that was very affordable. From there we got on their schedule and the crew that came was very friendly and cleaned up after the job was done. We could feel a huge difference in the living space immediately. We also found that our garage heater had to work less since heat was being retain really well now. They did a fantastic job and we'd highly recommend them for all your blown-in insulation needs.
