Alex is the owner of the company. He gave me a bid that was significantly lower than the first I received from another well known company. I'm really glad that I chose Luxury Comfort Solutions. Alex and I collaborated on arrival and we decided that the system could be installed in an alternative position that would make it less noticeable. This took a little time, but Alex was extremely easy to work will and affable. The craftsmanship and pride that Alex took in his work was nothing short of superb. I normally don't write many reviews, but when a young man with his personality and perfectionism provides this kind of a product, I think it should be noted and shared with others.
