Bryce Brown was very friendly, polite and accommodating. They worked with me on the short amount of time I had to do things, kept in touch constantly to make sure I knew what was going on, helped explain how everything would go and worked with my insurance and billing. Everything looks fantastic.
Shamrock did a fantastic job on my roof and gutters replacement. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience while working with Caleb! He was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process, not only from a product and installation standpoint, but also with helping through the insurance process as well. He was thorough with follow up as well as being on site during the replacement. Very impressed with Caleb individually as well as Shamrock as a company. Would highly recommend giving them a call to look over any upcoming work you may need. Impressive company that does it right!

I would highly recommend Shamrock Roofing for your replacement or if you have storm damage. They are extremely knowledgeable and very wonderful to work with.
I just recently had Shamrock Roofing replace my roof. I had 2 skylights removed & covered, I felt comfortable with their professional recommendations & they explained everything step by step, which helped me feel more comfortable with the project.

As first-time homeowners, we were grateful to have Shamrock Roofing help us with replacement of our roof and gutters. After discovering a leak in our home, we were walked through the process of replacement through insurance by Gage, he was extremely knowledgeable. We got a quick response any time we had questions (which we had plenty of). And the crew was able to get things taken care of and cleaned up even quicker and more throughly than expected. 5/5, highly recommend!

Our experience with Shamrock was great. Our representative Caleb was very accommodating and informative about the process of getting our roof replaced after a hail storm. From inspection to meeting with our insurance adjuster Caleb handled everything on his end and made all of the steps seamless. I can't imagine the whole thing being easier for us.

Wanted an estimate & they would not give me one. All they wanted to do is try to get a claim put in & any nail pops they tried to tell me it was hail damage. They called a lot and kept pressuring to do the roof. Did not like this approach to a customer. Got a different estimate from a competitor and got a lot better results and they would listen to what I wanted.

I had 3 different salesman come up to my door and bother me about checking out my roof in a 6 hour period.
If you can’t even coordinate to your sales people correctly on their area they should be knocking on to do door to door sales and have overlap of houses why would I want to deal with a company that can’t communicate correctly to just make a simple sale? Garbage business. Tired of salesman coming to my door multiple times a day.

Our home suffered significant hail damage to the roof and gutters. Two representatives of the company stopped by to see if they could assess the damage and present us with an option for repair. We were impressed with the way they continued to consult with us, overseeing the work of an exceptional roofing crew and an awesome gutter replacement crew. From the beginning, my wife and I indicated that we had high expectations regarding the finished product. We were not disappointed!!! Shamrock kept us informed every step of the way, coordinated claims with our insurance company, and left us feeling as if we were valued customers. We are exceedingly pleased with the result. I want to thank Caleb for stopping by our place and offering a free roof inspection a few weeks ago. A recent storm showed we had hail damage, and he helped me file a claim with my insurance company. I would have never known that we might have damage. Shamrock did a great job, was completed in a day, very timely and it looks great! Caleb was very knowledgeable about the claims process and very responsive to all my questions.
