Shamrock did a fantastic job on my roof and gutters replacement. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience while working with Caleb! He was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process, not only from a product and installation standpoint, but also with helping through the insurance process as well. He was thorough with follow up as well as being on site during the replacement. Very impressed with Caleb individually as well as Shamrock as a company. Wanted an estimate & they would not give me one. All they wanted to do is try to get a claim put in & any nail pops they tried to tell me it was hail damage. They called a lot and kept pressuring to do the roof. Did not like this approach to a customer. Got a different estimate from a competitor and got a lot better results and they would listen to what I wanted.

I had 3 different salesman come up to my door and bother me about checking out my roof in a 6 hour period.
If you can’t even coordinate to your sales people correctly on their area they should be knocking on to do door to door sales and have overlap of houses why would I want to deal with a company that can’t communicate correctly to just make a simple sale? Garbage business. Tired of salesman coming to my door multiple times a day.
