I had a fenced installed about 6 months ago. We had 2 fences installed one double gate one single. Both within a couple months broke I called multiple times to get them to one out and fix it and finally they sent out someone who emailed me at work that the fence was fixed. The larger gate was never worked on and still broke the smaller gate they said they fixed the boards they screwed the bolts into completely cracked the board. So what that being said for what I paid over $5500 the craftsmanship for the gates is absolutely horrible. I will try to upload a picture If your thinking of getting a fence you might be ok hopefully you don’t need gates. I will post pics

We had a board on board, 6 foot fence installed and we are very happy with it. From the estimate to the install they were helpful, patient and professional. I asked them to come out twice for the estimate because I had more questions, which they were able to answer everything and find solutions for our problems. The wait was long (which I understand) but the install was smooth and the fence looks great.

This company failed me. Install in winter come spring things went wrong. Told them my gates are installed so poorly. They came out and replaced one but told me the other was going to cost 400$. They did put a piece of wood over the gap but it looks so bad and doesn't help. (photo added) But why should I be paying another 400$ to replace a gate not even 6 months old at the time.

Called them again cause my dogs were opening the gate now. They told me it’s probably my dogs pushing it open with their head. Weird, since i pushed it open with my hand. Whatever I’ll put a lock on. Yet again, the gate door keeps coming open. Called again told they’d be out in two weeks. Never to be seen or heard from.

They also said that gates can have a gap of 3 inches but my gap is so big that it’s able to open with the lock!!! (photo added) There is no privacy or security with this fence.

Finally, to add to the mess. We had them do another property that has no animals but does have a pool. Surprise, surprise the locked gate cannot stay shut. Drive by you will see the rock that is put to keep it shut.

These people have a 5 star rating for a reason. We had our fence done in the middle of winter (couple days before Christmas). They were quick and clean. Then we had them do my fathers house, again quick and clean. With the weather being nicer we started noticing issues, boards with missing nails and other small things. We called and they fixed the issues that day. Couldn’t ask for a better company.
