While not the most professional of visits, Dylan sure got in and out in a speedy time frame and explained things rapidly. He showed me how to clean my outdoor AC unit with a hose, and then claimed my ducts didn't need cleaning more than once every 10 years. Not sure if they're dirty or not as he did not check them. But he did say we needed to use different filters from the ones they had originally told us to use. Not sure if Dylan is just the most honest tech they have and the first guys who installed our machine just wanted to upsell us, or we have indeed been using the wrong filters and the other guys just didn't know better.
Anywho, would still recommend
They definitely give you regular service for the care club memberships. Nothing too fancy, but it's nice to know everything is working well! At least, according to Dylan ?

We had a main line drainage issue and they came and fixed it within a couple hours. They found a bigger problem and we hired them to fix it. The people who fixed it were amazing. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you have! I’ve had bad luck with plumbers in the past and I’m happy to have found them!

Our tech was very kind and personable, was out to our home in a timely manner, and was very professional and transparent. On the other hand, the office experience we've had has been very difficult. We recieved an invoice for the work that was done and we were told that we would be getting an email with estimates on work that needed done and information on payment plans that would arrive about 20-30 min after our tech left. I gave it a day and still didn't recieve it, so I called just in case something got missed. They said they would be figuring it out soon and I'll hear back! Unfortunately it's been two weeks now of calling and getting nowhere so unfortunately we will have to find another company that will be able to get back to us.

Tyler was so friendly and considerate from the moment he arrived until he left. We really enjoyed chatting with him as he completed his check thoroughly and efficiently. He represents Apex very well.

We had them come out to do an AC check up and they said they detected Freon everywhere in my basement, but they couldn’t figure out where exactly the Freon was leaking from. So over the course of three days they spent probably a total of 10 hours here, trying to “find the leak “and ran a whole bunch of tests and then went to recharge the Freon and their tank was leaking so then they had to come back another day and then charged us for all the labor when they didn’t find or fix anything.
It’s so happened that we were getting our basement finished at the same time and they tried to blame my contractors for nipping a line and that’s where the leak was. However, the guys weren’t even working anywhere close to those lines, so they continued to tell us they needed to find the leak and kept “testing” for freon and they found it everywhere in the basement, but it’s testing higher outside and said we will likely need a new coil and or new system, furnace and unit. Also said that our system was losing pressure so fast it was about to give out. Something didn’t set right, so I text my contractor and he had some guys come out the very next and they couldn’t find a Freon leak anywhere inside of the house, a minor one by the unit, so they changed a cap outside and cleaned off the unit and it’s working perfectly fine now with zero leaks detected anywhere.
Bottom line Apex are a bunch of scammers I will never ever ever ever recommend or use them again in anytime. I see someone recommend them. I will tell them to absolutely stay away. And based on this mom group, I’m not the only one they’ve done this to.

Apex may be newer on the market but everything they have done for us has been awesome. The new benefit of having a plumber come and check things out, included with the comfort club membership, is amazing. Thanks Apex

Your technician was excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable, prepared and creative. He had all the right equipment to inspect, diagnose and properly repair the valve. We are very impressed.
