TLDR: Any time I need HVAC work done I will always reach out to D&K. They set the standard for what an HVAC business should be.

I found out about D&K from a friend of mine who has an HVAC company out of state. He did research for me and said, “check these guys out. They’re similar to what we do out east.” Of course I had to do my due diligence and research more than just one company. I had 2 other free estimates before contacting D&K. Both estimates made me feel uneasy, like I was being taken advantage of. I never got that feeling with my D&K estimate. Kevin came to my house. Broke down what I would need to do, and offered me an affordable price for a complete system overhaul. The entire time he and I talked I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. I could tell he was a straight shooter and ran his business as such.

I contacted the office personnel to accept a service agreement and had a pleasant and streamlined experience talking with both Dave and Jennifer. They made the entire scheduling/payment process easy, and answered every question I had.

This morning I had my install completed by Tim and Dalton. They were experts at their craft, and also answered any and all questions I had about my new system while helping me ops check it before they left ensuring that it worked. I can’t stress enough their professionalism. The old system I had was unreliable and slapped together by the lowest bidder. Not only did these guys install AN ENTIRELY NEW SYSTEM, but they had to undo careless mistakes made by previous mechanics in order to guarantee it was done correctly. I wish I had taken before pictures. The fact that they were able to complete this job in one day just goes to show they are masters of their craft.

From front to back my experience with D&K had exceeded any and all expectations I had. This company will undoubtedly be my go to as long as I live in Omaha.

18 yr old Carrier furnace starting having issues and D&K got Tyler and Oleg out first thing in the morning to diagnose and resulted in a cracked heat exchanger which wasn't a huge surprise to me. Tyler, Matt with sales and Dave did a great job explaining the options, choices and making sure the we understood the proposals for repair or replace and what the pro's and con's of each were. We gave them the greenlight on Monday afternoon to replace and the new furnace was installed on Wednesday morning by Joe and Jake who did a great job! Professional, efficient, cleaned up and left it far better then they found it and best of all delivering heat! Very happy with the decision to use D & K and will strongly recommend them to others!

I switched to D & K a couple years ago and I wish I had switched sooner! I signed up for a maintenance contract and they have been very easy to work with to get scheduled and the work is far more thorough than my previous company. They don't try to sell me stuff, my tech answers all my questions, gives common sense advice and values my time. I had an AC issue during a really hot week and they moved things around to get someone out fairly quickly. They gave me several options and the different costs so I felt confident about my choice. I have had the same technician each time which is great. I would definitely recommend them.
