No one wants to learn that their AC compressor died in the summer. I called not expecting service to be available today. I was wrong! Everyone from the receptionist to the tech were engaging, friendly, and kind. It is evident that Ideal has built a culture based on customer service. They have a client for life now.

I cannot recommend this company enough. They recently installed an accuclean filtration system and an air scrubber. The work was done quick and very well. We have had this company out before and they have always been very helpful and honest.
