Buying a new house was a big decision for us, and from everything we could see, it was perfect. Within the first week of moving in, our son’s bedroom above the garage was way too hot. On average it was 83-84 degrees. I called Omaha Spray foam to discuss options and to see if we could figure something out.

Brandon came out to go over what we were having issues with, I told him about everything and he discussed some common issues with these homes. We came up with a plan, I agreed and within a week or so Brandon had a crew at our house.

Ripping down all of the old drywall was first and the introduction to how this project would be treated. The guys made every attempt to keep the mess and dust at a minimum. When they stopped for the day, whatever mess left was cleaned up so we could still use our Garage. This was the same throughout the end of the project, messes were well kept and cleaned when the day was done.

The finished product was above and beyond what we could ask for. The bedroom is now at 70-71 degrees, even if the kids leave the garage door open all day, the room stays at what you’d expect for a 2nd floor room.

I would absolutely recommend Omaha Spray foam to my neighbors or family for any insulation project. We hope to not need them again, but if we do, I would have zero hesitation,

Omaha spray foam came in and removed all the existing insulation in our attic- which total props to them was not a job I wanted to do!
They got it done quickly and the next day they had our attic sealed up and new insulation blown in. They did a great job. Loved the communication and them following through with being on time!

Well worth the investment! From start to finish, it was great doing business with Omaha Spray Foam. Once I explained my issue and what I hoped to accomplish, Matt suggested the best and most cost effective way to meet my objective. They spray foamed the attic walls above the garage and sprayed in insulation. We noticed higher temperatures in both our garage and rooms adjacent to the attic walls immediately. Matt also recommended other services that we are planning to use in the future. I highly recommend Omaha Spray Foam, as I already did to my neighbor - they were also very well pleased!
