We bought a new build and the first year it got cold we had frost build up in in the corner of the outside walls. They came to fix the problem, this year when it got cold the same exact thing happened and now they won’t return my call.

I agree with Sam Miller (4days ago). I was there the week prior. In at 8am, received major attitude from the chick. Out at 11am, was told to never come back. I had never been there. Back at my company we all had a good laugh. Still hauling for shipper, only not to that woman.

Their driving alone deserves an overall 1 star. You would think that driving around in company vehicles you would be more cognizant of your driving. 09.29.23 on 680 at 7:30, from North 30th all the way til I got off Dodge WB, I saw what appeared to be either a Silverado or a GMC sierra and a box truck conduct some of the worst & unsafe driving I've seen in quite some time and that's saying something in this city. Between the speeding, swerving in and out of lanes, no signals, cutting off semis and just an overall complete lack of awareness or safety for other drivers around them.

I don't know who needs to see this, but whoever those two drivers were this morning should seriously lose their driving privileges and be disciplined. Absolutely zero excuse to be driving like that in such an unsafe manner.

Contractors and new home buyers please beware of this company. My new home build was insulated by this company in 2021 and I have been having many issues with frost developing on the inside of my home; bathtub drain freezing; and my dishwasher drain line freezing. Unacceptable in these days on how well homes should be insulated and I can only attribute this to shoddy work performed by this company. I will say that I have tried for several months to get them to respond to my concerns, but each time I call I was told I’d be called back - has yet to happen. (I’ve called three times)

Please ask you home builder to use another company. Builders and contractors, prepare to have warranty claims if you use this company.
