Coleman Worldwide/Allied Movers of Omaha helped tremendously with the stress of our cross country move. We hired for loading, moving, and unloading. The evaluation and quote we received was fairly priced, everything was transparent with regard to what services were included and what coverage we had on our items. The Allied team was very responsive along the way with any questions we had concerning our move. Our things arrived at the beginning of the expected delivery dates. The movers had all of the blankets and other protective gear needed for loading and unloading. Only a minimal amount of furniture items were slightly damaged in the move, which isn’t unexpected with the amount of items and how far of a move it was. For the few things with damages the Allied claims department was quick to get our claim handled with absolutely no issue. We had previously used another company to move out of state and it was an awful experience. Coleman/Allied was a completely different experience, we would highly recommend!

Absolute worst move I've ever experienced - I've used movers 3 other times, and this is by far the worst. Many, many items were poorly packed (some things just thrown in boxes), poorly labeled, some furniture not padded. I let the loaders use some of my pads since they ran out. Packing on June 3 - June 4, load was on June 5 and the estimate for delivery was June 7-June 13. About 75% of my possessions were delivered on June 14. It is now June 22, and I still don't have the other 25%. Many things arrived with damage and some things lost. Yes, that's the inside of the truck with my stuff! DO NOT USE COLEMAN ALLIED.

The movers and packers were very friendly, efficient and took great care of all of my things. My driver provided exceptional customer service, explained everything in detail. I do not typically leave reviews on Google, but our experience moving with Coleman Allied was so bad I feel I should say something to spare others what we went through. I would never recommend Coleman Allied to anyone. We have moved across the country several times and Coleman Allied was by far the worst moving experience we have had. The moving coordinator was so disorganized before, during, and after our move. It is almost indescribable how bad it was. She attached someone else's email to our move, so we never received move updates after our initial contact. She erroneously supplied my phone number to a delivery driver who was looking for someone else. She emailed me someone else's move information. I could go on...she was not capable of handling what a move coordinator needs to do. Our last communication with her was a text from her saying our delivery driver was delayed by several days. Her track record of supplying info was so poor that I called the driver myself to confirm. He was not delayed.

Coleman packed our kitchen and multiple glass items were broken upon delivery. They broke our sofa leg and damaged multiple other things. They didn't bring enough blankets to wrap our furniture on moving day, so they wrapped most of our furniture in paper! They didn't even bring a moving truck. They brought a flat bed trailer and loaded our things into wooden crates.

On moving day, the iPad they were using to inventory our things died and they had to wait for the operations manager to bring a battery backup. They were simply unprepared and ill-equipped. At the end of our move out day, they couldn't send us an inventory of our items due to tech issues but said they would the next day. The next day, my husband called and called to get the inventory and eventually drove to their office to get a copy of it.

I would highly recommend choosing a different company for your move.

Great moving company! Came when they said they would. Packers did an amazing job! Nothing broken in dish packs! I still have some pictures to unpack but I feel comfortable that all will be well there also. Antonio was in charge of wrapping and loading the large items, along with 2 local men. They did a fantastic job also. Antonio was our driver to our new home and he delivered our belongings with only a slight, unavoidable on his part, delay. Tammy in the office checked in with me regularly to keep me informed of my move. I couldn’t have been happier with a moving experience, and I have moved a lot as a military brat and then a military member.

They quoted us the best price, did not change the price, and delivered what they promised! Highly recommended!
