The rep that came out, Matt, was a great representation of his company. He went over how the windows are constructed, and even gave a demonstration with a heat lamp showing how well their product performs. My wife and I believe we are getting a stellar product for an affordable cost. Would recommend Champion to anyone.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. We had 4 windows replaced in our home and they are terrible!!!! There is black glue all over the glass, none of them are level, the screens do not match up so bugs get in, they dented one of the frames, scratches on the vinyl, the locks do not match up to lock it and not to mention the person who installed them was super unprofessional and took their shirts off!!! Also if you push hard on our master bedroom one, it almost falls out of the house!!! I have tried to call this location for 3 days and nothing!!! Put on hold for over 15 mins each time!!! We paid $8000 for this terrible window job!!! I want my money back!!!!

This number goes to their call center, not directly to the location, where I already filed a ticket and a complaint to have this location call me back and NOTHING!!!!! NO ONE called me back or reached out about my experience. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPEREINCED IN MY LIFE. After looking back over our windows again after posting this, they also missed caulking the inside, so they are not even sealed properly!

Why isn’t there a no star option? I had a technician come out three weeks ago. He went back and talked to an installer and called me later that night telling me I was going to get a new window. Just received a call. Oops, we lied. Nothing we can do for you except send someone out to sell you a new one. Seriously??? You tell me I will get a new window and then change your mind?

Here was my original post on Facebook after they initially impressed me so much:
It’s not often a company exceeds your expectations, so when they do, it’s only right to sing their praises loudly! We had new windows installed about 15 years ago. I’m having issues with the Garden Window. They came out today and I was told a bit ago they will install a brand new one! Solid company!

We received a good price for our new siding. Worked with Jerry through the whole process always available to answer any questions we had. The best thing we were told they wouldn't be able to start the project till July called said everything was here ready to go got it done a month earlier than we thought. Workers did a great job of cleaning up. Siding looks great. ! Will definitely be going to them for more future projects.

Update: We just had our windows installed yesterday. Very happy to say the team was professional and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves nicely and took care to make sure our cats never escaped. I appreciate their friendliness and professionalism!
We are also thrilled with the install look and how the windows operate. We will hopefully be back next year to finish replacing the rest of our windows!

My review so far is just for the beginning process. Andrew came out to our home and had a very informational conversation about what makes Champion different from other window retailers. He spent quite a lot of time going over options and especially energy savings. My husband wasn’t able to attend, but that evening we discussed it and decided to move forward.

We wanted to add one more window and change the interior color, so Andrew met me at Champion the next morning to finalize. We should have our windows replaced in 8-10 weeks and I will update my review then. But so far, happy with the process!

Initially, we were pleased with the communication when it came to scheduling the window installation and the days leading up to the actual installation day. The installers were in and out in a few hours, which was nice. When my wife and I got home from work on the day of installation, we noticed quite a few chips in the trim work as well as scuffs on our walls. We were not expecting to see this so we reached out to our project manager to ask him about the chips and scuffs. Unfortunately, I tried to call him at least 5 times and never got a hold of him. He tried to call me back the first day after the project but never returned my phone call over the course of a week after installation. This is after I tried to reach out to hime so many times during that week. Additionally, I tried to text him pictures from the project, but he only tried to call me the day after the project and kept responding to my texts that he would give me a call later in the afternoon. I still haven't heard back from him at all over the course of the past few days. I am finally writing this after >1 week after installation due to the project manager still not connecting with me to discuss the issues. The two pictures attached are only 2 of 5 issues we tried to preset to the project manager.
