One of the worst companies I've ever done business with. Only giving them 1 star cuz I can't give them zero. I scheduled my insulation to be put into my addition, tried to schedule it for 2 days but was told by the man I spoke with that the job could be done in one day so I scheduled it the first available apt a month from then. I proceeded to schedule my plasterer and electrician following the insulation. The day comes and no one shows up, we call and they told us it was rescheduled AND NO ONE CALLED US TO TELL US THIS! My husband had taken a vacation day to be their during the job and I had scheduled everyone according to the job being done that day. Now they come the next day, do subpar work and leave at 1:30 with the work NO WHERE NEAR DONE! What happened to a one day job?! I called the office to complain again and fine out when my job will be done and of course no one answers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I had Builders Installed install gutters on my new home in 2018. The overall quality hasn’t been good. They have had to come back twice to fix leaks. I’m still having issues. I would go elsewhere when looking to have gutters installed.

I called Thursday to set up an estimate for rain gutters. Spoke with Mike
and got a next day appointment at 11am.GREAT! BUT as of 1pm still nobody has arrived to take measurements and no call to inform me why hes a no show. I called twice no answer, left voicemail no response. POOR SERVICE.

I sadly cannot recommend working with this company at all. Although very affordable, their lack of communication between their employees is frustrating and unprofessional.

Over the course of a week, I was stood up for 4 separate appointments that was made by them! I work from home, and have a flexible schedule, but this was a bigger headache than I ever wanted. I had to call the main office and speak to the manager (Jason) on two separate occasions, who was as clueless as Mike (the project manager). And when I finally was able to get them to come to my house, they showed up at 7:30am (earliest I asked for was 8am) when the household wasn't even awake yet.

Don't believe my review? Luckily, I have receipts of my entire experience with Mike, the project manager.
