Recently we hired Elevated Excavation to replace 150 feet of sewer and water line. Tom and his team have restored our faith that excellent service with quality workmanship does exist. So many positive points about this company that stood out: Very professional in every way from communication, promptness, billing and the ease of payments; Extremely skilled team that worked well together in a positive, polite and friendly manner; Utterly respectful of our landscaping and our neighbors. We are so pleased, we plan on using Elevated Excavation again this spring for another project. Great Job Tom & Kara!

Overall

We were in a real pickle and needed to connect our building to the town's water main to fix a sewage backup. Tom came out to the project promptly to evaluate it , gave us the estimate, we paid and within a week he was there as he knew this was an emergency situation. His wife Kara was very reassuring and communicative during the whole process. They even went way above and beyond by contacting DigSafe and repaving the sidewalk they inevitably needed to cut through to get the project done. I was assuming I would have to do all that myself. To work with such a timely and thorough company was a breathe of fresh air in these times when just getting someone to answer the phone is a rarity. A++ for these folks

I had a great experience working with Elevated Excavation (formerly Mikem) to connect my home to the municipal sewer line. Tom & team came recommended from many other neighbors on the street for whom he had done the sewer connection.
The team was efficient, professional, and seemed to be experts of their craft. Tom was more than happy to explain the process and review details to help educate the customer.
I found them all to be personable, approachable, and hard working. They made the job look easy!
