Carl Matthews was great. We rented a 14,000-pound equipment hauler from him. The price was excellent to begin with, and he returned $60.00 when we brought it back in less than 24 hours. We will go back to Carl anytime we need to rent equipment.

Great customer service! Rented an aerator for my lawn. Top notch equipment and delivered to my home at the day and time I requested. He has more equipment than listed on line so give him a call if you do not see what you need. I will be using his services again in the future.

Highly recommend Carl Matthews! They went above and beyond to ensure we were able to get our trench dug on time for propane installation. When our truck hitch wouldn't come off they delivered the trencher within the hour. Super responsive, definitely will be renting from them again!

I spoke with Chris about a rental and it went very well. When I called later that day to confirm, there was no answer. I called and left messages over the next 2 days with no return call. I asked my wife to call just to see and they answered no problem and said the equipment wasn't available. I immediately called after and got no answer. I have no idea why this happened but this is terrible business practice. Had the equipment been overbooked or misquoted, I would've been fine with that but shutting down communication is the most unprofessional thing that could be done. Good luck to them.

This great company has earned all of my equipment rental business!

I needed an earth auger to sink some post holes for a fence I'm putting in, and when I arrived the guy I spoke with showed me that the previous renter had stripped the auger bit attachment. He gave me a free upgrade to a much better machine and delivered it promptly that morning (I had been planning on transporting the original, smaller machine myself).

The next morning he was flexible and generous with us as we rushed to finish our project, delaying the pickup a bit so we could finish when we ran over on our estimate.

Everyone we dealt with was super friendly, the equipment was top notch and did a great job for us, and the fees were all very reasonable. Fantastic experience, and we're coming back here for any more equipment we need!
