The team at Comfort Matters worked on replacing an old boiler and baseboards in our 279 year old home. While we had several bids, Comfort Matters was willing to work on an old home, and was willing to work within our budget. We had central hvac put in along with a new tankless water heater. It was a big job, but James and Will were very hard workers and super respectful of our home and keeping things clean. Unfortunately one of the parts in the new HVAC went out, but Josh, the owner, took care of it right away and had a new part ordered through warranty. They stood by their work and had our unit repaired right away and working as intended. A great experience all around!

I had two very old propane furnaces replaced and all of the ductwork in the house redone using a heat pump system and a new high velocity fan coil from Unico.

Despite working with a completely new system, they were able to get it all working well. It took a few hiccups, but they were willing to ensure that it worked. Even going so far as to install additional ductwork for free.

Josh, James and team have my eternal gratitude for their heroic efforts to get this complicated project finished.

Jess responded to my messages on the weekend and got me all set up for an early appointment on Monday to make sure my heating system was all set after some issues over the weekend. She was super nice and very responsive. James came and was so informative. Walked me through everything, answered all my questions and was just truly kind! (plus, he didn’t judge my basement of spiderwebs ?) I cannot wait to use this team again for a quote on mini splits as well as I have been searching for a local company. Highly recommend this team!

Josh and Mark were awesome to work with. My wife and I were very impressed by their punctuality, job site cleanliness, and the way they kept us in the loop the entire time. Josh structure our boiler repair in a way that kept our hot water on pretty much the entire time which made the process super convenient for our family. After watching the two of them install the system I immediately recognized the pride both Josh and Mark took in their work. That’s been a tough attribute to find in service providers these days. I don’t write many reviews however Comfort Matters provided service that was above expectation and we felt like we got a great value.
