American plumbing came out and installed a water heater for us. They couldn't have been any better. We have been using them for years and would not think of using anyone else. . Talked to Jim (the owner) and he is just an amazing guy. Actually a pleasure to talk to! If in need of plumbing work, try American plumbing. I promise you won't be sorry!

I had them replace a forced hot water furnace today and I couldnt be more impressed.5 stars all the way! Came out fast and got the job done,good price and they didnt go over there quote,and the quality of workmanship is extremally impressive. Im not easily impressed but these guys managed to exceed my expectations.They are masters of there craft and I will use them for all my future plumbing and heating needs.

3/17/22 Replaced a faucet and cleaned my oil burner. On time, dressed professionally and always act in a professional manner. Very important to hire reputable people to come into your home. I have used APHC for years now. I do not call anyone else. Wonderful company, wonderful people. THANK YOU!!!

Jim and Company are always professional. They have been my "plumbers" for over 5 years. They arrive when they say they will. They clean up after themselves. They are friendly. They are practicing "Social Distancing and Mask Wearing". I always feel I got my monies worth when I hire them. I wouldn't call anyone else for my plumbing needs!

The people that came to service my oil heater were nice and professional. They were suppose to give me a quote on the installation of my mini split but I had to remind them and then they said they couldn't give me a quote when they were here. I had to call a week later to get the quote and they finally sent it by email without an itemized amount for the cost of a piece of 6 feet of insulation and labor.

The total was 2500.00 for just labor and the nsulation. Total time to install by a professional should take 4 hours or less.

They didn't even have to do any electrical work the electrician does that

The unit I need installed only cost me 1300.00, 2500.00 to install?. I would recommend looking elsewhere. If you call this company have really deep pockets to pay their outrageously high non itemized bill where they fail to give you the cost of labor just one high flat fee they want to make off of you.

American Plumbing and Heating came to my house to look at the scope of work for a drain line repair. The gentlemen who came were knowledgable and professional however when they left I asked them to write up an estimate and I have yet to receive it (after a month) and after calling at least 5 times and leaving messages I have yet to receive a callback. You can only get their answering service no matter when you call.

Update: I was finally able to get my estimate and this plumbing service seems to work better via email which is fine with me. I’m getting this work done through a warranty company and the plumber was very helpful in working through the difficult authorization process with the warranty company. Work is scheduled for this week, I will update once it is complete.

The work was completed quickly and they did a great job (they had to work with cast iron in my house which is not an easy job) and I’m very pleased with the work.

I bought my first house two years ago and had some pipe freezing during my first winter. My neighbor recommended American Generations P&H and I was not disappointed. They were fast, and their technicians are smart and very polite.

Fast forward to this year, and on the hottest day we have had yet this year (95+) and Jim had a team out to my house BEFORE 8:00 am the next morning to work on my old house central air unit. I HIGHLY recommend American Generations P&H to ANYONE. The price is great and the work is top quality. Do yourself a favor and call them before you call anyone else. You won't regret it.

I have been doing business with American Generations Plumbing and Heating now for close to 10 years. They have completely replaced an old furnace with a brand new model and most recently replaced my kitchen and two bathroom faucets. I highly recommend this company. Reliable (on time), friendly, reasonably priced and professional. Jim always answers his phone. Great team.
