We had an emergency situation with our boiler/hot water unit. Our three year old system that was installed incorrectly by the previous owners of the home failed and leaking like crazy. Our propane provider had come out to fix the unit three times prior without properly identifying the underlying issue, and then quoted us an astronomical price to replace it. I called Diamond and explained the situation. I was able to send them a picture of our unit and situation, which they were able to identify many key factors of why it failed just from the photos. They quoted me a very fair price and were out the next day to remove the old system and install a new Rinnai system and everything that went with it properly and efficiently. By the end of the day we had heat and hot water back up and running and better than ever. The team was fantastic.

Diamond Mechanical has been super helpful; punctual, professional and always high-quality work. We've used them for installation and maintenance of a new system, and common repairs of an old system. I had three contractors submit bids for installing two mini splits in our home in Lee. One was a replacement for an old Samsung unit and the other was a new unit for our master bedroom suite. Both were Mitsubishi high efficiency AC/heat pumps. Mike of Diamond Mechanical was the third contractor to visit. He was clearly the most knowledgeable of the three although not the least expensive. The job was very professionally done which was most important to us. The proposal submitted by one of the other contractors would have required placing the wall units in places where they would not work as well in cooling the living space. Mike proposed alternatives which have worked out very well for us. Because of supply issues, the units were installed several months later than we were originally told. My only complaint is that we weren't kept informed of the delays, a common complaint about contractors these days. I felt that the responses to my inquiries were somewhat terse and not particularly friendly perhaps because of inquiries from other customers as well. When the units were finally installed, Mike apologized for the delay and only then did I learn the reason. During the installation he was helpful and friendly, answering all my questions. His office followed up to be sure that we were satisfied and if we had any problems with the units. They run beautifully. We are so glad we have them.

Our heating system sprung a leak during the really bad cold snap this winter. Diamond Mechanical came over after we sent a short video of the leak. Mike diagnosed the issue and repaired the problem very quickly. I would recommend Diamond Mechanical for all of your heating and cooling needs. We will definitely be using them in the future.

This company installed a ductless mini split at the residence I live at. I live in a large single family home that has a townhouse or in-law attached to it. They were installing this setup on the single family house side, not the side I live in. I believe the system was installed correctly. Here’s the problem. I obviously have my belongings in and outside on the property. I own a new Covered wagon enclosed trailer that was parked in the corner of the driveway which was in mint condition. The work they performed was a all day event and there were two to three workers there from what I could see on my indoor cameras in the garage. I was in and out that day so I really wasn’t there while they did stud work. Somehow during the day they damaged my trailer in two separate places moving ladders, or the something of that nature. I noticed in the morning when I purposely drove by to see what was going on, they had long lines and stuff layed out all over the driveway, and that there was a black truck ( their vehicle) parked next to my trailer. We have outdoor cameras on the property, however they haven’t been working correctly so I have no audio of them damaging my property which is very unfortunate. There working now though. When I called to speak with them explaining this situation it was all denied, and the company will not take any ownership to what they had done. This is a very bad situation for me unfortunately because I’m going to have to pay for repairs that I clearly didn’t do. I’m not one to write reviews usually, but I don’t know what else to do at this point. I just wanted to share that one of these employees obviously isn’t very trustworthy.
