Initially I would have written a much better review. I worked with them to get them certified by Eversource and State of NH for their renewable energy program. They came and installed my Mitsubishi System, and it was installed very well and professionally. My issue with them is, I over paid by 5k because NH renewable energy program paid them 10k, plus I paid initial deposit of 5500. I wanted them to install a third wall unit in my office, and they agreed, but now months later they don't answer my phone calls or emails and just avoid me. Not the way you should run a business.

Update 12/31/23 - They returned my outstanding balance and decided not to install the third wall unit as I requested. I guess they were to busy to do installations from what they wrote in the letter.

Overall I feel they did a great job on the installation, and they worked hard to resolve the issues we had with the Kumo cards, having to make several trips to the house. I regret that they decided not to install the third wall unit, it was not like I was pressuring for a rush installation. Hopefully they will continue to support the hardware that was installed. Will update review when and if that happens.

All Weather worked with me to make sure we could get a split unit heat pump installed as soon as I bought my new house. They were on time and on schedule. The work looks great and the equipment functions beautifully. They subcontracted out the electrical and that was done very well and professionally as well. I will update my review in the future if service calls change my opinion but right now, I would recommend All Weather to anyone interested in a split unit heat pump..

My hot water heater failed while we were in the process of getting a replacement. It flooded my basement and one of our bedrooms. We called and Andrew was at our house within 20 min and got it cleaned up and got our heat running again. This was on a sunday mind you. He does great work and has exceptional customer service

Andrew was excellent, well priced, and went above and beyond his duties to replace a furnace in one of my rentals. He was kind, honest, was there when he said he would be, and didn't sugarcoat what I needed to hear, but also took care that I wasn't overspending in other areas. Boiler stopped working during first cold week in November. All weather HVAC diagnosed, serviced the unit, explained the issues and fixed everything very promptly, even during a busy week for them. Excellent service and a speedy response to keep our home heated.
