Tom showed up right on time was friendly and knowledgeable about the thermostats I was considering. He was able to quote the job and explain everything which helped me make the best decision for our home AND he was able to install both new thermostats that day! I was very pleased with the service from Tom and the Paul the Plumber team. We will definitely use them for all our plumbing and HVAC needs from now on!

Excellent, Qualified service providers. They helped me with my electrical (baseboard heater which was sparking) and plumbing (hot water valve wasn't shutting off the water) issues! Very happy!!
*UPDATE* They have been to my house several times and have been professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We ask them replace a ceiling fan and when they found the wires were very brown from overheating! Happy we had it changed and Happy we can rely on their expertise to have it done right. No worries now!!

Mike E and Seth’s arrived right on time and promptly went to work on diagnosing the issue I was having with my hot water heater, faucet and drainage pipe. I was very pleased with the professionalism they both displayed. They kept me well informed on my options and costs. I would definitely call Paul the Plumber again if the need arises.

These are the after photos of the Rinnai tankless water heater installation and vent to the outside. It was important to me that the crew was able to use the existing vent hole to the outside to run both the intake vent pipe and the outside vent pipe. It made the job very clean and did not change the appearance of the outside wall. A shout out to Mike E, Caleb, Josh & Corey

I called Paul The Plumber out as an emergency service due to the wiring of my blower not working properly.. They came out earlier than quoted fix the problem quickly they were very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and professional. I have used them many times in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Highly recommended.

I am very happy with the service I received from Matt and Jeremy. My furnace was is good condition. Great inspection! I needed some repairs in my bathroom sink and tub. My faucet was replaced in the sink. My tub needed a new handle that lets the water stay in the tub or drains out. Great job from both guys.
