Ashley and her team were an integral part of the sale of a beautiful new construction home for us. They were incredibly attentive to detail and collaborative in design and scheduling. The staging efforts for this home were an incredibly important part of a record breaking sale!!

Ashley was amazing to work with from start to finish and her impeccable staging helped us sell our house for $60k over ask!

Everyone who came to see the house commented on how cute it looked and I couldn’t agree more. She is so good at making any space, no matter how large or small (and no matter how old or quirky), look it’s absolute best. She’s also reasonably priced, which was a relief to me since we were already spending quite a bit to get our house ready to sell.

I loved that in the consultation she offered advice and small ways to improve the appeal of the space without breaking the bank. You can choose how much staging you want to go with, from small accents to to full blown staging with all the furnishings.

We opted to do a full staging of the main floor of our house, including painting one room, and the extra effort was WELL worth it for the final sale price of our house. She knows what she’s doing - trust her advice!

Now that I’ve seen how wonderful a space can look and feel when the interior is well dressed and matches the style of the home itself, I can’t wait to hire Ashley again to help me design our new house. If you want your house to look its very best and sell for top dollar, hire A Well Dressed Home!

Ashley and Liz are wonderful to work with. They listen to what you are thinking and bring visions to life while also giving their input. They are so talented and are wonderful at keeping you up in the loop with ideas, things they see, and timing. Would highly recommend them for anyone that needs help with decorating or staging a home. I really could not be happier with my experience.
