Rob's cleanup and work saved me a bunch of back pain and future headaches. After a previous contractor left me with a mess after brush and tree removal.

I fielded a few quotes for cleanup and to level out part of the yard that connected to my neighbors nice yard while I figure out a plan for the other side. Summit's quote was clear and properly covered all aspects we had talked about, even a smaller detail about a specific log I was worried about.

Scheduling was quick and painless. Quote and invoices came through a proper dashboard.

During the project we ran into some trouble with ground water bubbling through the ground. He came up with a plan that should allow long term drainage and something I should likely not have problems with in the future. Adjustment to quote was honest and fair.

While things were drying out communication was consistent and I felt like I was a priority with him coming by often checking progress and adjusting drainage.

Final product speaks for itself. And it's now up to me to plant the grass after all the hard work was done for me. When I figure out what to do with the pit on the other side I'm calling back. Before cleanup, the water uncovered and after pictures below.
