Very frustrating experience. My appointment was canceled by this company but I was never notified. I waited all day for the tech person but no show by late afternoon. I called & was informed that I had been rejected & had no appointment.
This company postponed the original date of my appointment set up by my insurance who asked me to contact the provider they had lined up to confirm. Instead of a confirmation, I was told that my original appointment had to be postponed by 3 weeks for no apparent reason. During the process of rescheduling, the customer service person gave me a date & time frame for the new appointment but was not very efficient and rather argumentative , later on falsely claiming that I had “used foul language “ to the supervisor : this led to the cancelation of the new appointment by the supervisor who neglected to inform me. I was unaware of all this & the false accusation until the no show on the day the tech was expected to come for the initial visit.
I found out about this situation when I called the company mid afternoon after no technician came to look at the job. I reached out mid to late afternoon, couldn’t get through , left a message, didn’t get a response & had to call again. The first customer service put me on hold then never came back on the line. Finally, one customer service rep heard the message I had & called me back. She is the one who explained what was happening. Disappointed about wasting the day after I had had to re-organize my day to accommodate this company, I asked to speak to the supervisor to clear my name” I did not use foul language “
Later on, I did receive a call back from the supervisor who explained what she thought had happened and stated that she was the one who canceled me out, informed my insurance company that she refused to service any of my appliances in the future. She neglected to inform me of her actions. She was not interested in listening my perspective. She hung up on me. I called right back but “ she was on the other line”.
My experience: Misunderstandings , miscommunication, lack of communication , false accusation & disrespect instead of best practice & customer satisfaction.

It is too bad that this whole thing happened.
It seems that other people have had scheduling issues with this company.
It is disappointing that the owners continue to accuse a prospective customer of being rude , using bad language & hanging up ( based on an inexperienced employee’s words) when it is not true at all. It never happened. Someone made a mistake somewhere along the line and blamed it all on the customer.
There are better ways to fix an error : listening to the other person first then finding a compromise instead of refusing further explanation, further service and hanging up on a customer.
Update as of July 2, 2024: beware! This company holds a grudge
My washing machine stopped working. In search of a service call, Anything Appliance responded very quickly & positively, set up an appointment for the same day in the afternoon but then I was informed by the person made the appointment that I was “flagged “ & would not get service from
them! I had totally forgotten about the incident that happened more than a year earlier.
Poor way to do business.

My refrigerator was not working properly. After a terrible experience with Sears Home Service on Thursday, i left a message with Anything on Friday morning. I got a callback from Anything around 11 am and they had a repairman at my house by 12:30 pm. Ashton was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and fixed the problem in a little under an hour. I will definitely use this company again.

We recently used Anything Appliance for our washing machine repair, they came recommended to our service agreement with Lowe’s. The ease of setting up the appointment and the excellent customer service of the office staff was phenomenal! I would take arrived on time and completed the job in one visit. Highly recommend!

My wife & I we’re having a problem with our freezer drawer not pulling out properly. Ian came to our house was very polite well dressed. I love how they send the photo of the technician when he’s on his way.
We found a workaround to make the refrigerator draw work better, Ian is the best call them anytime. Very happy with the price & knowledge feeling very happy!!

I recently engaged with Anything Appliance to repair a faulty dishwasher and oven, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. After requesting service in November 2023, it took them a staggering three months to address the issue. To make matters worse, even after the prolonged wait, the dishwasher still didn't function properly. I had to endure the hassle of calling them back for a second attempt to fix it.
From the initial booking process to the actual repair work, the level of incompetence displayed by Anything Appliance was appalling. Their inability to provide timely and effective service is unacceptable. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the extent of disappointment I experienced compels me to share this feedback.
Anything Appliance, you have a long way to go in improving your business operations and customer service standards. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and implement necessary changes to avoid similar experiences for future customers.

From the first phone call to the last, this company was very helpful. Came out looked at my oven, quoted me, ordered part, set up installation, and my tech who disassembled my wolf stove and reassembled was fantastic , super friendly while working, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself! 5 stars out of 5 for me!!!!

Our repairman, Justin, was knowledgeable and friendly. He spent a few minutes with our dishwasher and knew just what to do. It took less than two weeks for our parts to come in, and before I knew it Justin was back and fixing our dishwasher! He even made sure the seal was secure and that it would work properly. We were beyond satisfied with our experience!
The other wonderful thing about this company is that they call and text you when their technician is on their way, so helpful instead of waiting around for 4 hours not knowing when they’ll show up.

We have a Whirlpool washer less than a year old. I assume Whirlpool uses Anything Appliance to service their products. Whirlpool set up an appointment for them to come access the problem and they called and said they wouldn’t come b/c it wasn’t a broken part. They were extremely rude. We have called Whirlpool and they are connecting us with a more professional appliance repair company.
