The members of the Bergeron team were consistently courteous, informative, punctual and professional. It was an absolute pleasure to work with every team member and I cannot recommend them highly enough. P.S. Since I originally posted this review, I’ve had the opportunity to visit the Bergeron office and meet with a number of team members. They got us an appointment within two weeks, stayed within their estimated cost (I had checked a bit to see that it was competitive) and got the job done quietly and effectively. Caleb and Oliver came this morning to clean my Mitsubishi mini splits! While Caleb cleaned the units, Oliver did a fantastic job fixing and rebuilding the stone wall where the outside unit is located. Both men worked diligently to make everything look beautiful! The Boys from Bergeron were back today to add another Mitsubishi Hyper Heat Unit to my house. With two multizone Hyper Heat systems already in place, I can’t believe the discharge air temp coming out of this unit. No other company installs like Bergeron. Jesse, Nils, Nick, and Keenan were beyond professional in their approach and craftsmanship. They not only installed the new one, but they made changes and repairs to my two other units that were big improvements over the original installation. The proof is in the numbers, 154 degree discharge air makes a huge difference in my big old farmhouse.
Having purchased my first two systems from another contractor, I can tell you that Bergeron Mechanical Systems is well worth a few extra dollars, and you will not be disappointed. They exude quality from the second they turn into your driveway. Thank you!
