My initial call for a quote was met with, ("I'm so busy I can't get there in person, oh it's a complete house? So it's a big job!? I can probably get there to measure it, but I'm 3 months out on scheduling. Also we are expensive" )

WHAT??? He obviously didn't want the work, even though it's new construction one town over from them, REALLY??
I'm an HVAC contractor and will be sure to share my experience with any local customers seeking insulation work..... Oh yeah, he sent me a text after we ended our call, screen shot attached, company phone # and all....

We had an excellent experience with Brad and his team on more than one occasion. They were all very professional and considerate of our home and privacy. Brad also went the extra mile to check in on us regarding a warranty issue and came back to make sure all was right (which it was). If Brad hadn't been forthright and honest about it we never would have even known that there could potentially be an issue. He offered me thermal photos from the inside and out to prove that the foam was doing its job the way it's supposed to.
