Travis and Chris were both professional , prompt, thorough, tidy and polite. Travis kept us informed throughout the process of replacing our boiler. A pleasure to have them do our installation. Would give them a 6 if I could.

Rest of experience was also terrific. Extra effort was made to schedule us before family came to visit and great communication with estimator and office Dawn I think.

When it came time to swap out my 15 year old faltering Buderas propane boiler, I took the advice of my fuel supplier and called Jerms Home Services. Robin and Dawn in the office were great with a quick estimate and fit me into their schedule 3 weeks away. When my boiler failed completely this week, Dawn performed her magic and got me rescheduled for the replacement the next day. Lucas, Aaron and Chris arrived on time with all the parts they needed and completed the 2 day job in less than a day and a half. They were a pleasure to work with and did a beautiful job.
I’m so happy that I found Jerm’s…it’s a very professional company with a terrific staff of technicians who spent extra time and care to explain and demonstrate the intricacies of my new system.
Thank you Dawn, Aaron, Lucas, and Chris for doing such a quick and professional job of getting me up and running again. You’re the Best!

The team at Jerm's has been wonderful in completing the work at our home on two different occasions. They communicate very well, provide a lot of notice about when they will be coming, and then show up when they say they will. Their work has been great, and we've had no problems with the plumbing work and installations they have done for us. The technicians have also been really nice and made sure that our cats didn't get out of the house. I would highly recommend them.

Great experience. Tony was knowledgeable and friendly when visiting and providing a quote for services. Lucas and Scott were also great during the install. I appreciate the level of communication provided to include the texts with photos of who to expect. Lucas and Scott took the time to explain the system and show me how it works. We had an incredible experience with Zach Fournier recently. The "fix" we were looking for required both skill and creativity, and Zach brought both. He was informative, personal, and professional and really went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to satisfy all of our needs. Jerm's Home Service was first class. Sending updates with photos of there workers Tony who did the walk thru and sent us the estimate. To Lucas & Scott who over two days kept my wife Maureen And I informed as to the work they performed. The project came out beautiful and over the memorial weekend performed up to expectations. Extremely quiet. The app Lucas guided me to install on my phone works well and one of the reasons we choose Confort Cool.
Lucas & Scott worked well together and Maureen was impressed with their efforts not to track dirt into the house and how well they cleaned up at the end of there work.

We highly recommend Tony Lucas & Scott.

We had Jerm’s Home Services at our home for two reasons this week: an extensive HVAC replacement/upgrade and a smaller plumbing problem of replacing elderly shower controls. All 5 technicians were extremely professional, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, clean and quiet. They also spoke well of Jerm’s as an employer - job training was provided, ( including how to talk with customers!), they were well paid and even had retirement benefits.

Jerm's might be one of the best companies we've ever worked with. We had Tony come do the initial estimates for replacing our boiler, water heater, and well pressure tank and he was thorough, knew his product line, and made terrific recommendations and we had already had a few estimates done. We decided to go with Jerm's and anytime you make a decision involving such an investment in your home you get nervous but we didn't from the beginning with Jerm's. The job itself was 2 days and before each day you get a text with who your team lead is and notifying that they're on their way which I felt was a step beyond what other contractors do to ensure they have good communications with customers. Great start and then our team of Travis, Lucas, and Austin was outstanding from the second they arrived. All materials were on site and ready to go, the team communicated very effectively with us on when water would go off and be back on etc... , and the efficiency and nose to the grindstone effort was obvious when we saw how far they'd gotten the very first day. The end result by Travis and his team was a beautiful install, done with quality in mind, and we are now probably customers for life. There are still A+ contractors out there and they're hard to find but Jerm's did an amazing job and couldn't recommend them more highly to anyone seeking experts to do work on their homes
