I could not be more impressed with how fast John from BurkeER came out to look at the damage from a water issue in our home!

Seth and Dilyan have made this whole process soooo much better than it could have been. They were kind, mild mannered easy going and their willingness to work around what I needed done and sometimes the timing was appreciated!

Sometimes, you get a contractor that doesn’t really talk to you. They both were always SO good about communication. I always knew when they were coming and Seth would text me if the time had to ever change.

They were very mindful when I told them something may be breakable or when they packed the pod I needed to have certain items where I could access them and they managed to get it all done even with my special requests. They always let me know where things were being stored.

They both have a great scenes of humor and at least for me that alone made this task doable. If I don’t laugh I just might cry, but they kept my spirits up even when I mentally didn't want to participate I just wanted to close my eyes and have my spaces back!

I can honestly say, they seem to genuinely care about what you are going through and their empathy shows. That’s a really important quality to have in this type of work when the homeowner has had a loss of personal property and are displaced.

Also, as a woman home alone I never once felt uncomfortable with them here. In this crazy time we live in, feeling safe matters!

I haven’t even mentioned the QUALITY of their work was outstanding! Their type work is hard, they never know what kind of mess they are walking into. They did it with a smile every time they walked through my door!

Obviously, I could go on and on and how much I loved working with them. My ONLY regret is I do not have them for the rebuild. (But I am hiring the Burke contractor)

Overall

Highly professional group of employees. Did a great job cleaning up the water leak and followed up for several days using moisture meter to confirm floor, walls and room were dry. Would definitely recommend should the need arises.

My hose nozzle blew out. Burke ER was there to the rescue. Awesome company, the owner called me right back on a Sunday. Workers were very professional and informative. I would refer Burke ER to anyone with a water or fire problem. Thank you, Christine, John, and Seth.

Addie was great and very helpful throughout the whole process. The guys who worked on my Moms basement were very professional and explained everything to her. Answered all of her questions. Never left a mess when leaving and coming back.

My hot water heater leaked and flooded my downstairs. A friend had worked with Burke Emergency Restoration and referred me to them. It was the best recommendation ever! A team came to my home within a day of my initial call, made an assessment, and started work right away. The team provided regular and timely communication keeping me well informed about when they were coming to my home, the work they were doing, and next steps. They were friendly, professional and did an excellent job....I couldn't have asked for more. I was more than pleased with my Burke ER experience and recommend them without reservation.
