Impact installed our suppression system and fire extinguishers for our new location. Clean, precise and professional. Friendly helpful staff. Their yearly service updates leave us nothing to think about except golf.

I was tailgated in heavy traffic by two of their drivers today. I drive a small hatchback with a huge and low back window. One driver was so close that I could see neither the grill or bumper of the vehicle. Does not speak well of their commitment to safety nor their consideration of others.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. Everyone that we dealt with was not only friendly and respectful but they were also extremely informative. There are so many companies out there today that are just trying to make money, however LRC Fire is quite the opposite and actually cares about their customers. They gave us a couple different options with price estimates and time lines that we could do for our kitchen update. Shockingly, they actually recommended the lowest priced route to take because it was the most cost effective solution to what we needed done for work. They considered all factors such as us renting our space, duration of lease, adding kitchen equipment, future expansions, ect. and determined that this approach would be best for us. They went above and beyond to discuss any renovations to the building with our landlord to make sure that the necessary changes were approved before starting any work. I cannot recommend this company enough to anyone needing work done and look forward to doing business again with them in the future!

TERRIBLE! I recently received a bill from LRC for $142.50 to come out and reset the master box. I thought that this was excessive so I reached out to the company for an explanation. This is what his response was:
"I do appreciate the work you have given us and we are fair with all our customers as we track our guys with a GPS tracking system. The GPS system we have has Travis was leaving at 1:13pm and arriving at your site at 2:23pm which is 1.10hrs travel and being on site from 2:23pm to 3:25pm which is 1.02hrs on site. Total that should be charge should have been 2hrs. I adjust the time to be only 1.5hrs to be fair. I hope this helps with the labor we charged. Call me if you have any questions."
Even in bumper to bumper traffic it does not take 1.10hrs to get from East Industrial to the west side of Manchester. Also anyone who knows fire panels knows that resetting the master box is just a push of a button. This is not a 1.02hr job. The fact that he is acting like he gave me a discount is absolutely mind boggling.
I would stay from away from this company. I will never use them again.

We brought LRC in to do our hood and venting for our new cafe. Unfortunately, the space we planned to use for our kitchen needed a lot more work than just some venting. Since this was our first time at the whole restaurant thing, we knew very little about what was needed to make the kitchen work as well as pass the numerous code and health inspections. Lloyd, LRC's owner, took pity on us and really got the whole project on track. The hood and venting was of course top notch, but there is no way we could have ever opened without his guidance and work. I can't recommend LRC more highly.
