After reading the reviews, I decided use giddy up. The reviews don't lie. I called William at 8:30 am. Had a window between 11: 00 - 11:30. By 11:00 he finished replacing the oven igniter on my gas oven. Same day service which was great. William is pleasant and knowledgeable. Price was more than reasonable.
I don't usually recommend companies to my friends but I will definitely recommend William.

Giddy Up Appliance Repair responded quickly to my call. The owner was able to come by my house, figure out why my dryer wasn't drying. A replacement part had to be ordered, and as soon. As it came in, it was replaced and my dryer is up and running again.

The owner was knowledgeable, professional and most importantly punctual. The part was replaced quickly. I will definitely be calling again!

I'm happy to add my name to the long list of people who were delighted by William's responsiveness, expertise and professionalism. He troubleshot my Bosch dishwasher, which had been on the fritz (not completing the cycle). Turns out the problem was that a microswitch was failing, causing the water heater in the washer to not activate. Another repairman I called about the problem said, "Oh, you need to replace the entire control panel -- which will cost you $550." William charged only a fraction of that cost -- then CALLED ME a couple of days later to check in to make sure everything was okay. What's the last time a repairman did THAT for you? I own a Wolf wall oven, 15 years old. My first attempt at seeking repair was from a well-known Mr. Franchise repair shop, who refused to listen to me and could not replicate my problem. However, William from Giddy Up LISTENED to me. He followed my instructions to replicate the problem, and he did! Wolf the manufacturer told him that my oven was passing all tests, but William knew there was something wrong! He could see it with his own eyes!
