I can in with a list my husband gave me and two small children under 4 and Dave the pro manager was extremely helpful and patient with myself and the kids. After helping me find every item on my list, he came outside to help me load my SUV. After some brainstorming and rearranging of car seats, i was able to leave with all the materials needed thanks to Dave!!

Sue and I went to F&D for a design consultation regarding our home renovation. Kitchen and 3 bathrooms plus a few living space surfaces. To say we were intimidated by the scope of our project is an understatement.
Then we met Tracy, our consultant. She was absolutely fantastic! Helped us find great choices that were within our budget. Tracy really helped us relax throughout the process. She even went "overtime" to make sure we didn't stress out with all the choices we needed to make. We have every confidence our finished project will be beautiful and exactly what we envisioned.

The service of this company is appalling to their "Pro Members!"

We are a medium size construction company in the local economy and a "Pro Member."
We asked our client to pick a tile for a 600+Sqft installation. The client picked a natural tile. We've installed hundreds of thousands of Sqft through the years.
Our client based their/our purchase on the display. We worked with Johnny and Dave to acquire the tile because it wasn't available all in Nashua location, the delta of the tile was in Braintree store.

They offer a delivery option due to it not being all in one location. We agreed to pay $529. for delivery. The product was delivered and was extremely misrepresented as the video and photos show. We started the installation and determined the "cliftting" or variance in the tile was so substantial that the product was not feasible for a floor application. For an exterior application or wall tile we agree it would work due to the variation.
The tile display show common variance 1/16- 1/8 which is what our client wanted and what we determine "installable".

We went through half the pallet trying to get the floor to layout with having so that you wouldn’t rip your toes off walking in the space.

The tile that was delivered was as tall as 3/4 thick down to 1/4! There was an average of 1/2" to 5/16" from front to back or left to right. Making it not feasible to install. When speaking with the pro department about the issue and talked about our options, it was a refund was the only option they didnt have another product to offer. We paid our installers to pick up 5000lbs+ of tile on a Saturday to pick up from the site and return to the store.
Our industry is relationship based like any, Dave provided no support told me to call the store and "figure out with them"
I ended up on a call with the Operations Manager, Sam Avery and his misalignment to provide a refund for the transport cost we paid was on par with the misrepresentation of the product we received.

We "paid" one way we anticipated a partnership in working with a vendor if a product is wrong which we carried the weight quite literally one way but were still charged for the delivery so not a true return.
We will no longer be working with Floor and Decor as a company as we have had other generally minor issues with orders in the past but understand what a relationship is.

We have different interruption of what a relationship is.

To say I was overwhelmed when I walked into the store is an understatement. I told the first gentleman I saw that I needed help with ideas to design my bathroom that we are renovating. So he said he would get someone to assist me. He came back with a cute young lady. I thought to myself, “how is she going to know what I need?” (Like a judgey jerk) ?. I explained what I was doing to Chandra and she walked me all over the store and literally spent 3 hours with me!!!! Her knowledge of the store and its contents would have challenged any “pro” that steps in the door! She was so amazing and helpful. Her ability to see what “works” and what doesn’t was unbelievable. I left buying everything she recommend except my vanity because I am not ready for it yet, but I would have if I was!!! I spoke to the same gentleman I met in the beginning after my purchase and thanked him for introducing me to Chandra. I was so emotional when I left because, well I am emotional anyway, but I felt so relieved and so positive about my purchase and this enormous project I have begun in our home when I walked in the door, I was so stressed and she took that stress away in those three hours and gave me so much advice that I will use going forward with this renovation. So, Chandra, if you see this, please know that I appreciate you and your patience. Let’s face it, IM A LOT!! ?. But I hope everyone from the company sees this as well because you are amazing at what you do! Ok, I’m done. All this emotion from tile and bathroom shopping! Have a great day!!!!

Visited online store and found the flooring I wanted in stock and ordered online. Two days later still no notice for pickup. I called and got on hold for 2 mins and was told they will send me an email as soon as possible. I asked can I have an estimation when it would be, was told asap, their stuff are super busy. Asked for an estimated ready time again and the call was hanged. Extremely rude.

Got a call back from them minutes later saying it’s ready for pickup. What a joke.

The staff inside the store are super nice knowledgeable and helpful and deserve a 5 star. The lady at the costumer service ruined everything - but at least I appreciate her for getting my stuff ready.

Upgrading to 5 stars now. After the claims process floor and decor made the situation right.

Leaving a one-star review for now but hoping to change this after the claims dept can review. We bought some basic flat subway tile manufactured by Canvas. After installing and grouting the tile it is very obvious some of the induvial tiles bow out in the middle when they should simply be flat. This is happening on two different colors of tile but both the same size and from the manufacture. It makes for a very odd looking install and is not acceptable for a new bathroom. The local store in Nashua,NH was not super willing to address this and stated that once the tile is installed the customer is out of luck. The store was also able to confirm that some of the tile currently on the sales floor is showing signs of bowing.
I have a case open with the claims team and hoping to get some assistance with this defective product. If not it’s going to be a very expensive life lesson here.
