I have to say by far this is the best service company in Nashua! I used them twice for service calls once in the fall when the heater was not working and once in the summer for a AC after hours service. Wow I got the same professional, knowledge guy (Josh S) he is by far the best service representative we have had to date, and we got him twice for both our service calls!! We now have super cool AC and he was knowledge and explained everything he was doing. Thank Josh H. You our a great asset to Joyce heating and colling and will ask for you for any other service issues we may have. If you our looking professional/knowledgebase service use Joyce and ask for Josh S.

Tony was great. Very knowledgeable about the system. Joyce did install the system but did not make a note the living room unit was 20 feet up the wall, Tony did not have the ladder as he was not aware, he carried our large ladder up a flight of stairs got the job done and carried it back down to put it away.

When paying Tony took a minute to explain the benefit of purchasing the service agreement rather than paying for the tuneup only.

Very pleased with the installation of my
mini-split system. It took less time to install than anticipated. The guys did a great job and I appreciated that they laid drop cloths down everywhere. No mess to clean up.
