Rocco is extremely personable. He truly wants his customers to understand the workings of their homes. Rocco gifted me with a book for first time homebuyers, outlining and highlighting the typical maintenance my new home will need in each season. Rocco was thorough, yet efficient. He pointed out how to use new-to-me items in my home (air filter, electrical fuse box, propane tank, water pipes). He found some defects (cracked window, dented wall) that I was able to request be fixed by the builder before closing (and they were fixed!). Rocco spent extra time teaching me about my windows, security, basement, and air quality. I left my home inspection feeling confident that my home was safe and ready for me to move in, and I feel like I can call Rocco in the future if anything comes up with my home. I appreciate Rocco's diligence and patience, and I would recommend him as a home inspector to anyone in the market!
