The technician, Ryan Boulanger, did a great job with the repair of our A/C unit. There is excellent communication regarding scheduling for service, Heritage sent a technician to our house within a day to determine the problem. Parts were ordered and repair was complete within a week and our A/C has never worked better. The technicians are very pleasant and answer all of our questions. Our only criticism is that services are expensive. We have used Heritage before to install a panel for our generator and again did an excellent job. I guess as long as the quality of the services remain excellent, it is worth the cost.

Jason is an excellent technician. Not only did he listen to my concerns and explain his process for trying to identify root cause, he took extra time to explain some of the more intricate processes of A/C and how it works.

Looking forward to his return for annual maintenance!

I highly recommend Heritage Home Service for plumbing!!! I was able to get a plumber out to my house within days (non emergency). A special shout out to Plumber Derek Schmidt. He was extremely professional, tidy and walked me through everything that he did.

Paul and Jason arrived 6/20 to fix a install gone wrong from a company Heritage had purchased. Not only did they make everything work as it should have from the beginning, They cleaned up the site, Explained better ways to help cool the house and were very patient with all our Questions.

Heritage has been top notch through the whole process as well. Want to give a big Thanks to all that were involved and RECOMMEND this company to anyone looking for what they have to offer. Check out the website and get ya a free quote to start. You won't be disappointed.

We needed to get our sump pit enlarged and deepened for our new sump pump system (primary and a batter backup pump). Somehow nobody would take the job due to our house having a radon system installed in the sump pit but Heritage was able to get it done

We had the pleasure of having Isles M and Brendan P as our installer. They worked quickly and were very professional throughout the whole install. They wore their shoe covers when they came into the house, laid a dropcloths on my basement floor and kept everything clean and tidy during and after the install. They were such an awesome team. I was happy with the craftsmanship and could not recommend them enough. 10/10

This has been one of our most excellent experiences in quite awhile. Dave came on Tuesday to give us an estimate for installation of split A/C for our house and installation took place the very next day. The very friendly and knowledgeable crew showed up at 8:30 am and completed the project at 12:30pm. Can’t say enough about them. Very polite and didn’t hesitate to answer any of our questions. I would highly recommend these fantastic gentlemen. Thank you and God bless you all

I called first thing in the morning and they sent a technician out the same day as I called to come give me a quote on 100 amp panel change out with meter and new wiring, the technician was very informative, and had very good suggestions on on what to do and what to make better for my current electrical situation, having water coming into my electrical panel and how to prevent it so it’ll never happen again in the future. The day of the work was being done both technicians answered all my questions, and while working diligently to accomplish 100 amp service change out, they didn’t just label the panel inside. They also labeled the wires going in to the panel numbered them so they’ll be able to track anything outside the panel without having to take the cover off of and work that way which I was very impressed with that work. i’d highly recommend them to anyone on that needs to get electrical work done or any work done to their house. The pictures are after and before what my panel looked like I put the water coming into it and what heritage home services accomplished after the work was done.

I recently had an air conditioner installed in my home and I am extremely pleased with the service I received. The installation was completed just in time before my baby was due to come home from the hospital, and I couldn't be happier. Rich Carmichael walked us through all of our options and took the time to answer all of our questions.

The entire process, from start to finish, was smooth and efficient. The team arrived promptly on the scheduled day, bringing all the necessary equipment and materials. They were highly professional and respectful, taking utmost care in ensuring that the installation was done properly.

Not only did they install the air conditioner quickly, they also took the time to explain its functions and provide some helpful tips for optimal usage. This was especially important for me as a new parent, as I wanted to ensure my home was a comfortable and safe environment for my newborn.

The installation team was courteous and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They addressed all my questions and concerns with patience and expertise. It was evident that they took pride in their work and wanted to deliver the best possible outcome for their customers.
