Overall

We called this company to address a sprinkler leak . While in the beginning they were very friendly I quickly found out I was over charged with greedy onsite salespeople. So if you have a job that needs Restoration services don’t call them

Overall

After fixing a leak in my toilet, I was worried I had a mold on the ceiling. The mitigation company I originally hired cancelled last minute, I contacted Insurcomm. Will came half an hour after we spoke. He was very professional and friendly. He covered everything with plastic and fixed the issue. He is very honest and trust worthy. I will give this company 10 stars, they were above and beyond what I was expecting.

Insurcomm helped me survive a devastating flood in my condo after a fire suppression pipe burst in my attic. They were prompt in their clean-up, demolition, and rebuild, and didn't stop their professional services until I was completely satisfied with their work. Jamie, John and Lisa will be forever in my heart for their unending caring and support. Thank you!

Overall

Two trees fellow on roof 12/23/23. Roof was patched after water entered through two holes. Subsequently four roof areas were replaced with new shingles. Interior water stains were painted over in two short sessions for the painters. Roofing crew was great despite having to remove some snow before they replaced shingles. Damaged gutter was replaced. All work placed by and supervised by Insurcomm. The work and results were well done.
