I hired these guys to move some furniture. They were incredibly professional and fast.
It was also over 90 degrees the day they worked for me.
They masterfully maneuvered tight corners and when they were done, it was like they were never there other than everything being moved.

The crew worked very quickly which is the only thing positive we can say. There seemed to be little to no common sense involved in the packing process. Dirty towels were packed from the shower stall, for example. The boxes for our job had been previously used for other jobs so there was conflicting info written on them. They refused to unpack anything at the destination, despite the web page asserting they provide expert packing and unpacking services. We have found damaged and broken items. When they left the site we moved out of, they left every window upstairs wide open. They did not wrap glassware in paper. They did not wrap coffee mugs in paper. They put together the Sleep Number bed incorrectly so that the head could not raise. See various photos of some of these issues.

I recently hired Burke for two moves: one for a large, turn of the century inverted grand piano traveling an hour and a half away, then two weeks later for a move from one town to the one next door. I had the pleasure of working with Chevy and Robert both times, helped by Trent for the piano and Isaiah for the move. All four of them were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, fast, and unafraid of a challenge. I never heard them judge or complain, which is the first time I've had such an experience with this piano.

What impressed me most was their ability to improvise. Due to some communication issues most likely on my part, they arrived for the first project thinking they were moving a much smaller piano. Instead, they assessed what they would need and adjusted. They communicated well to each other and took very good care of my piano in the process.

During the regular move, Robert noticed one of my boxes wasn't in great shape after transporting. He and Chevy asked me to make sure everything was okay, which it was, but I was delighted with how thorough they were.

Pat and Lisa were very easy to coordinate with. There was a bit of a delay the second time (not the fault of Burke) and Pat kept me informed. Quoting and booking took only a few minutes, and they're one of the few moving companies that has a three hour minimum instead of four.

Long story short- I highly recommend :)

I would never use this moving company. The crew took very little care when packing my things. I was internationally moving and the crew was supposed to arrive with crates and crate all my items on site which they didn’t they only boxed them and crates at their site, due to this fact I was unable to claim my broken items with the military. I was unaware of the fact I needed to be present when my items were crates. My wedding dress which was packed in a wardrobe box arrived UPSIDE DOWN! Was ruined in the move. I had yet to wear my dress and the company never responded to my requests for repayment. Also every single lampshade was broken also, and my mattress was never wrapped and arrived filthy! Customer beware!! Find another mover there not worth the value. On top of the fact items arrived broken the packing list which I signed was not the same packing list which arrived with my items. My signature had been FORGED!! The legal action has gone cold and this company has gotten away with FORGERY!

These guys were fantastic!!!! Pat worked directly with me since the inital quote and was just beyond accommodating! The whole crew showed up with a positive attitude which they maintained throughout the entire day!! They were all very respectful and kept the house as clean as possible. I asked them to keep a certain door shut (to not let pets out) and they did just that. I had a hard move for them with alot of stairs and not once did any one of them complain. I would highly recommend using Burke to move. Ask for Pat, he was such a pleasure to deal with during a stressful time. He has been doing this for 12 years so they have a crew with experience.
