We are so impressed with the outstanding service we received from Dustin at Lighthouse Restoration. Dealing with a water/mold issue is extremely stressful and Dustin quickly put our mind at ease after explaining his entire process and providing us with a detailed plan for remediation. His professionalism, honesty and genuine care for us as a customer was obvious from the start. He went above and beyond on the day of his service, even identifying and remedying additional issues he discovered along the way. Issues that I suspect most other companies would turn a blind eye to so they didn't have to deal with the extra work.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance with water damage or mold. As I said to Dustin, I would LOVE to work with him again, but I really hope I don't have to. He will be the first company I call if I do encounter another water issue; that's for sure.

I had an outstanding initial interaction with Dustin during a 30-minute phone call, he patiently discussed various inspection options, demonstrating his extensive expertise. Notably, he wasn't just looking to make a sale; he was genuinely invested in helping me find the best solution for my specific needs and offered immediate, practical solutions to address my concerns temporarily, showcasing his genuine commitment to client safety.

Although I have not yet officially hired Dustin's mold inspection services, I can confidently say that I am already invested in working with him. His genuine care, extensive knowledge, and commitment to his clients are qualities that are hard to come by in the service industry. If the pre-service experience is any indication of the quality I can expect, I have no doubt that Dustin's mold inspection company is a cut above the rest.

Thanks so much for your invaluable advice of how to remove the mold in my basement and bathroom. Your professionalism, honesty, altruism, and integrity did not go unnoticed. I know now after my discussion with you how to remove the mold myself, and save thousands of dollars. I know the materials to buy for as little as under $100 in Home Depot instead of paying the company that gave me a quote for over $2,000. I appreciate your training and time that you gave me so generously. If you serve my area; I would have you do my job in a heartbeat. That is the trust I have in your service from the long conversation that we had.

If you ever have a flood in your finished basement, look no further than Lighthouse Restoration of Keene, NH. The owner, Dustin, was an amazing help to me! It can be worrisome, costly and confusing because everyone has a different remedy. After the research and discussing my problem with different sources, I found Dustin. He is experienced, very knowledgeable, and so apt at knowing just what to do. He was honest and professional and very responsive when I called. You will be in good hands with Lighthouse Restoration.
