Well stocked hardware store that has what I needed. Very friendly, helpful employees. Have been twice in the last two days, and each time, they had exactly what I wanted.

We recently used Cyr Lumber for our kitchen remodel. We took a leap of faith, not knowing or having any experience with them, and we are so glad that we did. Judy, the kitchen designer, was wonderful. There are so many decisions to be made with a remodel, but she was always there to guide us through and make sure we knew what to expect along the way. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and knew just when to offer helpful suggestions and when to let us make our own choices. She did a fantastic job making sure every single detail was taken care of. Any time we had any concern or question, she immediately handled it. Janelle also did a great job scheduling all the work for the entire project, and keeping us informed of what would be happening from week to week.
From start to finish, we felt valued as customers. There were some small glitches along the way, as there are with any large job, but they were all handled seamlessly. We really trusted Judy and appreciated all her hard work. We are happy with the quality of materials, and are really enjoying our new kitchen.

Such helpful Employees! A special thanks to Rianna, Paul, Nate, Derek and Kevin! Always on top of the inventory and what I need, thanks guys! To whomever I missed, I apologize because really I have been assisted by probably everyone at least once, but I do not know their names, but everyone there is eager to help.

I try supporting local businesses whenever possible, had a terrible experience with this one. I searched online for a local lumber yard with doors. Cyr in Warner popped up with a lumber yard, doors, and windows. I wanted to go in rather than calling so I could check the place out. The guy at the counter tells me they don't have doors "maybe 1 or 2" and that I must be thinking of the Windham location. Why would I doubt the guy, but I felt like an idiot so I looked again online before driving home. Online it clearly states they have doors at the Warner location, I went back in and noticed a bunch of door displays in-store. I ask him about those and he says they're "special order." I say great can I order some? He tells me to come back tomorrow, "they open at 7." He could have just said the guy who does door orders quits 20 minutes before close or is gone for the day (this is at 4:40pm, not exactly burning the midnight oil) but no, he lies to me and tells me they don't sell doors. Clearly didn't want my business and I'm not one to argue, at 7 tomorrow, I'll be somewhere else.
