Dealing with Dave and his team has always been simple and pleasant. They did a wonderful job setting up our custom home with internet, TVs, and a good security system. We are very impressed with the job they did with everything.

My wife and I hired Cooper Technology Group to install a security system on our home in Pittstown, NJ.

From start to finish the process was professional and extremely efficient.

Dave the owner was extremely knowledgeable about home security. He and his entire staff were very professional, and highly skilled technically.

Prior to the install, Dave came to the house and provided various estimates for different levels of security, answered all questions in person, on the phone and via email, and kept myself and my wife updated every step of the way.

Once we decided on what we wanted, his office team called us for a scheduling appointment the same day. His team came exactly when they said, and worked for 8 hours straight getting the system up and running in one day.

The guys were also very neat and respectful. They continually took their shoes off every time they went in and out of the house. I told them they could keep them on, but they insisted. I thought this was very nice of them.

We had a fully monitored system with additional security sensors and switches on all the windows installed. The system is hardwired electrically and has self charging battery back ups if power is lost or sometimes cuts the power. This give you some insight on their ability to cater to customer needs, which you won’t get with corporate companies like ADT.

Once the system was fully installed, the lead tech gave my wife and I a 45 minute instruction on everything and explained all the ways to use, arm, disarm the system in a clear and simple way. This was really great for us because we never had a home security system.

Overall, this was one of the best investments we made thus far and we are so happy that we found Dave and his team. Thank you for all your expertise and professionalism.

Cooper Alarm is highly professional and completed their work in a very timely manner. My alarm system which was originally installed by Copper was 22 years old and Dave and Team made sound cost effective recommendations to update our alarm system. With today's technology, my family has peace of mind to know our residence is safe whether we are home or travelling. I love checking my house out on my I-Phone
It nice to have a personalized type of service where the owner will call back to answer all questions.
Bottom line, Cooper Alarm cares about their customers.

I have used Dave and his team for Alarm, video surveillance , whole home audio and a surround sound movie room and I am always extremely impressed. He and his team are professional and really go out of there way to impress their customers. They come into my home, build and install incredibly clean systems and you cant even find one spec of dust when they are done. They also take the time to train my wife and I and support us over the years with immediate response to questions - have also recommended them to friends and family and they all say the same...

I have been working with Dave Cooper for over 20 years. In that time I have come to know him as an honest, decent person. His staff members have always shown that same courteous and considerate demeanor. Not once in all these years has there been any unpleasant or uncomfortable interaction. I can call at any time and someone will take my call. They are prompt and reliable. Their workmanship is always perfect. I can honestly say that I got lucky all those years ago when I found Dave and Cooper Alarm (Cooper Technology Group).
