Horrible experience, completely rude and nasty representatives Megan and Brittany. They were late to pick up the tent. The tent was not installed properly knocked over on Monday promised me that they would contact me by the end of the day in regards to the issue understand that it’s the busiest time of the season for them however that’s not how you treat customers when I call them. They don’t answer the phone so I have to call off a restricted number or my work phone then they pick the phone up and they call me a con artist number one totally disrespectful when I’ve rented from them before number two, the tent was moldy. Disgusting I would never recommend them to anybody and the two girls that they have working their answering. The phones are Nasty and rude, avoiding phone calls on purpose. I’ve asked for the manager Drew never got back to me. Do not use this company or rent from them.

great place to work at, the woman are very nice and polite, mike and the mechanic in the the back shop great guys to work with. but the owner drew never answers his text. after several attempts asking him to mail my check i get no response. I worked their for a short time unfortunately i lost my vehicle but drew owes me a days work for over a month that I have not yet to see. Calls himself a Christian. its ok god does not like ugly anyway.

Amazing experience from start to finish with Sussex County Rental Center! I was planning a Surprise 30th Birthday for my fiancé since May, when the party wasn't until August, (4 months advanced planning!) & SCRC was great every step of the way. They were super helpful and accommodating/understanding even when I had to change around quantities with tables & chairs due to fluctuations in RSVP numbers as time went on in the planning process. Brett & Drew were great to coordinate with & made none of this process stressful for me, just all around super easy. The delivery & pick-up times for all of the equipment was handled quickly & efficiently as well. Can't thank them enough for making our party a success with all of their tables, chairs & high-top tables!
